- Redesigned every calculator: result shown on load, clearer layout, light theme by default.
- Added a one-paragraph quick answer under each page title.
- Mortgage pages now show the latest Freddie Mac PMMS average rates (refreshed at every build; currently the week of Oct 22, 2026) with a one-tap “use this rate”.
- Added a data-sources panel with a dated spreadsheet check of the payment formula to every loan and mortgage page.
- Property-tax estimates use U.S. Census ACS 2020–2024 5-year data (tables B25103 and B25077).
- Published corrections, changelog and accessibility pages.
